To enhance all communication skills and develop leadership presence, increasing the client’s ability to command a room, engage positively with internal and external stakeholders, direct a team, or begin a transition.

Comprehensive Executive Elevation coaching includes:

• A communication audit—in person, on the phone, and online—to assess current syle

• Image assessment and guidance on personal presence specifics and nonverbal messaging

• Training on powerful presentation and communication technique.

• Development of leadership skills through strategic relationship management

 

Regarding benchmarks and assessment of results, we will be “measuring” success through increased comfort level in the client’s management of communications, and more positive responses and reactions from stakeholders. Specific skill development will be evident on videotape, in coaching, and every day interaction.
